        Ricardo Ortiz is the reason why I had an awful experience at this branch. First I walk in and stand there for five minutes without any help. A lady comes in after me and Ricardo jumps out of his desk to assist her. When I finally get my turn to speak with him about my issue about a payment on hold he tells me to call the number and deal with it over the phone. I expressed I wanted help dealing with the issue and he gave me attitude saying " what am I supposed to do go into you account and look at every held payment". Needless to say I will never come back to this branch. Ricardo Ortiz is bad at his job.

        union bank is one of the worst banks to do business with.i did use ATM to deposit funds into my checking account &ATM machine took my money &gave me a receipt indicating that machine out of order .i called union bank &put in a claim and its been 10 days since this incident &i called so many times &still this issue is not resolved &my money still inside ATM SINCE THEY DONT OPEN ATM MACHINE ON DAILY BASIS &THIS REALLY SUCKS
