U.S. Bank Branch

I had a promo in the mail so I decided to open a business account here. I notes the place was very clean and quiet because there were only two employees.  Emily L. was amazing. I watched how she  worked with customers. Emily  knew the business laws and she was very good with the bank systems. We opened my account. She told me what I needed to know. Emily even explained the USbank App on my cellphone.  If you are new to businesses and the process of getting a new business going,  go talk to Emily L.

Despite many visits to the US Bank Burlingame, CA it seems that my problem will never be solved. I closed my account on Dec 9, 2018 and they sent me this email on Dec 13, 2018 that I will receive my check/money of my balance in 5 days, but up today Dec 29, 2018 I have not received my money/check yet. They never give me a fix answer about where my check is. I can't believe I can't get my money or cashier's check back at the bank where I opened the account. They said the check will be mailed from HQ since this is a new policy. OK, So where is my check/money US Bank? I do not have business with you anymore. Return my money!!!!! or I will see you in court.
