iTrip Vacations Hollywood

We used iTrip to book an extended stay at a 2 bedroom - 2 1/2 bathroom condo in Studio City. Lilly and Danny were wonderful and responsive throughout the entire process. The property was beautiful, very clean and quiet. And within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the farmers market. We will definitely be booking with them in the future and hope to return to the condo. Thank you again!

I stayed in Lilly's house in Burbank over the Christmas holiday. I have nothing but great things to say! The rental was spotless. There was absolutely nothing that we needed that wasn't already there. When we travel we like to cook in one meal a day and the kitchen had everything we could have have possibly wanted or needed to prepare our meals. For years my personal goal has been to leave any rental I stay in better than when I got there. With this property there was nothing I could have done to make it better. It was perfect! We were comfortable. The home was relaxing. Lilly is a dream to work with! We will be back!

Lilly and Danny are the best property management team Ive ever dealt with. Good people and even better people to do business with. I give them five stars all the way around. They go above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of managing our short term rental. They communicate with us regularly, and check in on our home frequently to personally ensure all is in good condition and guests have taken proper care of the home. Lilly is very detail oriented and efficient - she knows the rental market and stays on top of everything! She is professional, always accessible and Danny is an absolutely fantastic technician for the home as well. I cannot say enough about this team - we are very happy with their services and how well they have monetized our home in a responsible manner. Its not just about making money for their clients, Lilly truly cares about upholding the condition and integrity of your home as well, which is rare. I highly recommend iTrips Hollywood!!

Ive met Danny and Lilly recently thorough Mutual friends, Ironically enough I was just about to leaving town on a new job for a while and was thinking to Airbnb my place while Im gone. I was very concerned that most likely Ill be worried constantly with dealing personally with The renters and Im sure many issues and problems that will occur while Im gone, sure thing I was definitely right about that. I had a lovely conversation with Danny regarding short term rental and the next thing I know, Danny&Lilly are at my place guiding me through the process of short term rental. Clearly they are very knowledgeable, helpful, super respectful and very quick with responding. I like their duo dynamic energy and they way they work together is complementary to their business. They have been very good communicators with me in regarding any issues of the house, Danny is a very good handyman and can fix anything that needed to be fixed right away. Lilly, is great with booking and finding the right ppl that fit your home and environment, since I personally live in a very quiet neighborhood on the Hollywood hills in a Cul-de-Sac, my Relationship with my neighbors is very important to me therefore I asked specifically Lilly and Danny to find the right crowd for this neighborhood that will respect my rules and my neighbors. So far theyve been rock stars!! Im extremely happy with them . if I had to say anything negative it would Be I wish I Have met them years ago!!

As a widowed Senior who lives alone, it was important for me to be able to keep my home and age in place. I didnt want to reverse mortgage my home and I have rented out my apartment myself but it was too overwhelming. I consider the iTrip Hollywood team a blessing! Lilly and Danny provided their expertise to redesign and redecorate my apt and converted it into a hotel quality stay. Theyve helped me deal with the City of LA several times with the permit process. I am thrilled that they provided a brand new Queen size bed, spa robes and other essentials. Dannys concerns with safety and maintenance upgrades and their team vetting out "illegal party guests" provides me with peace of mind as well. Plus they are always responsive with any of my concerns. Now Im earning more income than I ever received from a long-term tenant or when I Airbnb it myself! Highly recommend iTrip Hollywood, their cleaning and inspection team and all the extras that Lilly and Danny provide to convert your home to a vacation rental and elevate the guest experience. p.s.
