Im so grateful to have found Silvia! Silvia was professional, honest, kind, patient, and very experienced. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we really needed someone we could trust to walk us through the process. Silvia was WONDERFUL! She took the time to explain every step of the process and always made herself available for any questions. She was prompt in all her communication and very thorough. At one point she met with us at 8pm on Sunday after we put our baby to sleep because it was the only time my husband and I were both free. The most important thing to know about her is she really cares about the clients and families shes working with and she goes above and beyond. I always knew she had our best interests in mind. She never pressured us and she always gave her honest opinion. We were in a multiple offer situation and she was very strategic in walking us through a few different options. Ultimately, her guidance got our offer accepted in the location we wanted and still within our budget! She did really well negotiating for us and we ended up getting credit for a few of the repairs. She thinks ahead and shes strategic, which I really appreciated. Even after closing, Silvia was still so helpful! She got us in contact with someone who could begin doing some work on the house! I would 100% work with Silvia again and I would recommend her to any friend! She was such a pleasure to work with!

Silvia was on top of things from our first meeting through moving day when I sold my home. She made sure all of the details were taken care of and everything went smoothly. It was a wonderful experience working with her.

Very friendly and helpful realtor. We met Silvia in the peak of Covid 19 to sell our house in Burbank and she came through. She helped us fix our house with the right hook ups. She got us a lot of showings and subsequently a decent offer that went all the way to a final sale. We are pleased with Silvia and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Silvia is the best realtor ever! We used her when buying our first home 4 years ago and she was so awesome that we used her to sell our house last month. We recommend her to everyone we know. Now in laws are using her to sell their house! She is responsive, and hands on she puts in so much work and she she is so happy and awesome while doing it! Any home we buy or sell in Los Angeles is going to be through her. And we will recommend her to everyone!

You wont find a better all around realtor than Silvia! Shes one stop shopping. She literally handled my entire renovation and sold my house in under 2 months. I was blown away by how smoothly everything went. Do yourself a favor and sign with her. You will not regret it.
