Yes I felt same for a moment because before me it one couple where complaining same thing didn't like the picture they pay for but to choose another they didn't allow, when I got mine somehow pictures came out good

This place has terrible photographers! They're scammers. Worst photography service I've ever went to. Never again with them. When I explained I was not satisfied with the photographs I simply asked for a refund and they blatantly kept telling me 'no'. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR STANDS. ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN VICTOR VALLEY MALL, CA.

This place is such a scam. First it $20.00 for the first pose and if your kids come out not the best oh well that's the one you pay for. They don't let you pick out the picture you like at least. Then they charged me twice because they didn't know how to use the card reader...that was annoying calling the back to get my money back took forever. Don't wait your time on this place. You are better off going to like sears JC penny they charge like 8.00 and you get to pick the picture you like...very disappointed
