        Learn from our mistake and find another agent. We've had them for over 20 years and at first things were fine, they were attentive and took care of us. However the quality has really gone down, our issues don't get resolved and the turn around on phone calls and solving issues is utterly ridiculous. With Allstate you're supposed to be in good hands, well you are, until you're not.
