My sister and I rate Comfort Keepers A+! All employees are obviously client centered, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and compassionate. Services are focused on individual needs. The organization is skillfully and effectively administered in providing supervision and accountability for billing. We feel very lucky that Comfort Keepers was able to enter our lives in a time of need. They hit the ground “running”. We highly recommend!!!!!

Comfort Keepers has been excellent. They worked with my mom's requests and schedule. Ivory, the caregiver that has been helping my mom for over a month now is excellent and has been a great help to my mom.

I had an elective surgery in July, and since I live alone I thought it prudent to have 24 hour help for four days, and help with transportation to therapy and grocery shopping. This was an invaluable service, since I ran a fever the second night and my caregiver, Lilly took me to the hospital late at night. I am not sure what I would have done without her. Everyone who helped me was professional and very helpful, but let me also do as much for myself as I felt able to do. The care givers were on time, and very polite. Lilly also helped me by getting me my prescriptions when they ran out. Blanca saw me a couple of times and took me to my outpatient appointments until I could drive myself. She always arrived ten minutes early and that was a comfort to me. We did grocery shopping afterward. Thanks to all, some I haven't mentioned, and to Cindy for coordinating the service. I will use them in the future and encourage others to do so, if they find it difficult to find a companion within their own circle.
