I'm working with Ellie and Elea right now. They're both awesome so far. I'm helping my dad who barely speaks English to get enrolled into Medicare and one of advantage/supplemental plans. Ellie is always responsive. She has answers to all of my questions. She redirects my calls to the right person if she doesn't know answers. Elea is a licensed Medicare specialist (highly recommend). She is very helpful, polite, explains things in an easy way. The USA health insurance market is tricky. It is very nice to have a professional like Elea handy. Thank You!

Terrible customer service and they said our provider accepted the insurance they gave us. Then we found out they did not and when we wanted to switch to one that our provider did accept, they are now making us wait a whole year to switch. :/  Can't wait to cancel.
