Reyes Professional Tree Service & Landscaping Designs

Three weeks ago, Reyes removed a large Yucca tree from my backyard. They left a pile of stinking debris that has attracted a swarm of flies daily. I paid them $2,500 to remove the Yucca and grind the stump. I have called Reyes many times to come back and remove the debris and finish the job. They have ignored my requests. Finally, they were to come last Wed. and never showed up or called. I waited all afternoon. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Services: Stump removal, Tree removal

Called Pasqual at Reyes Tree Service for a stump removal. His guys came in and tried to leave within 20 min. (Other company estimated it would take 1.5-2hrs to remove the stump). I told them no way you removed it already and found a large piece still there so had them stay another 1/2 hr. When they said they were done , I asked if they were sure this time since they were mistaken last time. They replied yes. After they left, we were supposed to pour concrete and the company found another large stump that they had hidden/covered under the stump shavings. I called back Pasqual and told him he said he would send someone next day and said stating, "This is why I don't like to do stumps" and, "You're lucky I even answered your call because this is my personal number (mind you his number is listed on google)." He had no problem taking my money but had a problem standing by his word and finishing the job I paid for. I had to pay Jose at JLC another $300 to finish what Reyes did not. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
