Best Orange County Plumber

"BEST" Orange County Plumber? Whenever I see stores or companies that call themselves or their products the "best" I automatically get wary. But it was around 7PM on a Monday night and I searched only for places that were open so they were one of the few listings near me. Realistically, I was only planning on leaving messages with a few companies and expecting to see them the next day or later in the week. All the other ones I called went to voicemail or had call centers that took messages. But the "Best OC Plumber" answered my call! This is probably his personal cell number. I told him my situation and expected a standard....I'll see you in the morning. But much to my great surprise (and delight), he said: I'll be over in a little bit. He really did come over and he fixed the problem (which to me was a major job, but he made it look easy!). He had to cut a pipe out of the wall and run new ones and this and that, but he had every tool necessary and did the job in record time and was on his way and he didn't even charge me that much! Amazing......because Desi really IS the BEST!! Thank you so much for coming over so fast at night and doing a great job! I would use him again for ANY plumbing need for sure.
