        Not only does this particular office offer poor service and employ rude, unprofessional people (we get it, they can't be fired so why even try to pretend to be professional) but try calling the 800 customer support line and you get more of the same rude and incompetent employees on the other end of the line. They have zero integrity or desire to do the job they're getting paid (our tax dollars) to do. Too bad negative starts are not an option.

        What a sad miserable place. It is sad that this is what America has become and I am afraid that this is yet another sign of what is going to become of this country. All I have to say is that the Vietnamese guy in there is the worst form of human being alive. I guess he got angry because we disturbed his slumber and made him get up and actually do some work.
