Got the job done ultimately, but Debbie was rude during the process. In terms of paperwork they did their job as an escrow company and I paid everything I was supposed to immediately.But I really didn't like working with her.

I couldn't have asked for a better team to get our transaction through than a team that included Lizette I., from Ace Escrow! Her assistance in this transaction was unparalleled and she was on top of her game. I've dealt with plenty of escrow companies throughout my years and Ace is the place. Great job performed!This is my second time using ACE Escrow in two years apart and I have to rate this company as highly motivated and well educated serving company. The first time I was a seller and this time I was a selling agent. I got a R/E license in between these times and my client insist to use ACE Escrow.Everytime, I bet, they have spent enough time explaining in detail to understand how the transaction flows from beginning to end.In other words, you can expect what things to do next.
