        I had my best Airstream experience on Friday with Airstream of Santa Barbara. We had been having trouble with our batteries and solar controller. While boondocking in Ventura, our batteries were dying within a few hours. Knowing how backed all dealers were, I took a chance and called to see if they were willing to help. I was told to come early and plan on leaving the new 2021 Caravel all day. I also left a list of a few other small issues in the hopes that maybe they would have time to simply advise rather than repair them. However when I got the call at 4 pm, they had not only installed new lithium batteries, a new controller and fixed the botched job that the previous dealer had done on the wiring but they had also fixed the short in the jack that was causing all the battery problems, fixed the AC fan that had loose bolts and wired my modem to 12V. I can't say enough good things about my experience and I highly recommend this dealer to anyone needing service. Thanks for everything,
