        David Cohen provides that old fashioned, personal, hand-holding service that is so rare. He's knowledgeable, and so patient with my myriad of questions about insurance options. He makes a complicated subject possible to understand and is the furthest thing from a pushy salesperson you can find. If I could, I'd use him to teach anyone going into service how to deliver professional, warm, efficient customer service. Thank you David
