        This place is a mess, more like a mental institute, good luck booking a regular appointment, no one knows what they’re doing. 4 times I give them my insurance info and again they called to get info and reschedule!!

        I feel so blessed to have been able to get a last minute cancelation as my family member has chronic dry eyes and due to several hospitalizations and strong antibiotics, eyes were swollen shut. Just the simple dialation and examination has her completely opening her eyes today. Her closed eyes were used as an excuse by hospitals to deny her food, exercise and care. Sad. This facility has always been loving and caring towards my disabled aunt and ensured we have good glasses so she can continue to enjoy watching TV and able to see with what time she has left.

        Dr. Fadavi is always personable and professional. She pays close attention to my family history and orders tests to ensure my eyes remain stable. She listens and responds with her wealth of knowledge to my questions and concerns. Maria in the optical department is helpful, friendly and professional. All of the staff are, also, polite and professional. A good experience each time I go!
