First time doing any kind of therapy over Zoom. I was skeptical at first, but the experience was just as powerful as any in-person therapy I've had. Highly recommend!

Hi everyone Cathy is amazing! I usually do not write reviews but this experience is a must. She is caring and shows she truly cares for her clients. I can't say enough about this experience. First off Cathy is so warm and welcoming. The good vibes she gave me started with our first phone call. I felt like I had known her for years. I have been struggling with anxiety for over a year and she made me just feel a calm come over me even before the treatment. Her office is so comfortable and adorable. She has thought of every touch to make you comfortable. The treatment itself was so liberating. Hypnotherapy is not what you see on TV. Don't be afraid you won't be aware. It's such a therapeutic experience. If you are thinking about doing it don't hesitate its life changing.

My experience with Cathy was life changing!!! I received QHHT session that took me to a past life, help heal my arthritic hip instantly by 80%, and helped me quiet smoking. Visiting this past life helped clarify certain things in my life today. It totally blew my mind. She truly is gifted and has mastered these therapies. I also booked healy frequency session for my dad that has health issues and I saw improvement through out the 2 month time that she was running the frequency programs. Well now I'm hooked!!! So I just completed a RTT session for weight management. This hypnosis session not only has started to help me with weight reduction in one weeks time, but it revealed to me experiences that I had in my childhood that helped me see the reason why I had such and addictive personality. Going through these therapies with Cathy has helped me make leaps in my healing process. I cant thank you enough Cathy. You are the best!!!

Its taken me some time to finally post a review for Cathy, but I really wanted to make sure to do so because she really helped me in the beginning of my journey through my grieving process early last year. I tragically lost someone very dear to me and was having an extremely difficult time. Cathy was extremely considerate and kind in every way possible. She really took the time to answer any of my questions and was thorough in explaining the process of the hypno session. After my session with her, I felt so much weight lifted off my chest and the recording she provided me with also helped as days went by. I still had a ways to go afterwards, but I firmly believe that without Cathys help, it would have taken so much longer to get through this pain. Im so grateful and highly encourage anyone who may be going through a difficult time or loss, if youre wondering if hypnotherapy would even be helpful, take the time to reach out to Cathy. As long as you stay open minded and are willing to also want to heal, this form of therapy is incredibly insightful. Thank you again for everything, Cathy.
