These guys are AWESOME! My refrigerator wasn't working and I called around different place but everyone was so slow to respond. NOT THESE GUYS! They promptly took my call and sent someone over. The technician was ON TIME (can you believe it), they were very professional and polite. He looked at my refrigerator, got the parts I needed and fixed it the same day. He didn't leave a mess and actually helped clean the area behind the fridge for me. The price was very reasonable so you cant beat a company that offers great pricing and service. Now my 4 month supply of breast milk won't go to waste. Thank you so much Brea Appliance!

I was certain I had to pay for another frigerator door. Even worse than that, a whole new refrigerator. My food was getting spoiled because the door wouldn't shut. I called Brea Appliance and they came out immediately and fixed my door and the seal! I love how professional and courteous they are!!! I have found my home for appliance repair and you should not waste you time elsewhere.

Customer service on the phone and from the repair technician were excellent. The technician was fast and friendly. I would high recommend using this company again. Jason, the owner followed up with me several times as we needed to wait to see if the problem was solved.
