I'm sure it is not said often, but we had an amazing experience with Villiage Escrow. Alex was very informative about what to expect at each step of our path through escrow and was ever so patient with all of our questions. I can't say enough about how seamless the process was. Alex even stayed late so that we could get there before close for the day. Thank you Alex! Thank you!

My wife and I felt an obligation to write a review about our experience at Village Escrow Services. Called in to speak to the escrow officer for information pertaining to our transaction. The young man that answered the phone sounded like he was just rolling out of bed and seem to not know the sun from the moon. Studdering and unfocused on our conversation I realized then I had to go in to get our questions answered. When we went in to drop off paperwork the escrow officer was on the phone when we arrived and when we came around to her office the young man had feet on the desk and playing on a cell phone. Basically the same position when we left. It seemed unprofessional as she called the young man in to do her copies, grab her some documents, etc etc. 'Step and fetch' as my wife said. She finally introduced him as her son. He stood there silent and a dead stare. He seemed annoyed probably to be interrupted from his cell phone. My wife was a bit leery of him. We could not wait to get out of there. Although the escrow officer Alex was pleasant and knowledgeable it still felt awkward. Might want to get a more qualified person that has the desire to work, show some customer service and who is not a close relation. The relationship seems inappropriate for this type of business.

Alex Diehl is the most competent and drama free escrow officer I have ever worked with. We just completed a land sale without the help of a Real estate agent. Alex took care of everything! Myself and the buyers are very pleased. Will look to use Alex and Village Escrow in our future transactions!

Village Escrow was the first escrow company I have had to personally deal with, and from what I've witnessed in friends buying homes or my parents selling their home, THEY ALL WISH their escrow agents were as professional and Highly attention to detail oriented as Alex and the team at Village Escrow. It was honestly a no sweat, no hassal ,here's what we need, heres how to get it, heres what the end product will look like for you, Any help at all call us right away, BAMM. Done. I would highly recommend Alex and the staff at Village Escrow anytime you may come in need of a genuine escrow group, their actions will speak a lot louder than any of these comments.
