David saved my Thermador refrigerator today. After having Thermador themselves quoted me over a thousand dollars to repair my fridge. I decided to call Bonita Appliance Repair for a 2nd opinion. Boy am I glad I did! The technician fixed it in under an hour for only $280. You guys are awesome.

I highly recommend Bonita Appliance Repair. Our technician was very informative and friendly. We had our refrigerator compressor go out. With a household of 5 kids, stress overload. There Technician took care of us. Thank you David for helping us get through this headache and saving us money!

Had been a previous and returning customer. They have fixed several appliances over the past years. Will absolutely never deal with them again. Andrew has been amazing and trying to mediate the issue. The tech and upper management have been a nightmare. We called to have someone look at the freezer. The estimate that they gave us was on the high end. We decided not to fix it since it was better to get a new fridge since it was an older fridge. The tech did diagnose the problem and did something to the fridge to not make it work. Long story short, he took off the fan off the fridge and disconnected the cable. He never put anything back in its place after leaving the job. Fridge was not cooling off after he left job in which it was working fine. Freezer portion was the problem. They wanted to charge us for the tech to come out and to fix the problem. Still dealing with them and cannot do the right thing. They cannot take ownership that they were at fault. They were blaming us and tenants. Horrible customer service of management and tech. Please stay away from them if you don’t want a headache.
