The crew was VERY rude. Directions were unclear. A whole boat load of people boarded the ship and we were yelled at by very rude crew members, specifically but not limited to Esther and some other guy. Not just my party but all the parties told her we were not instructed to wait on the dock and she accused us all of lying. Very poor customer skills. Would have been a different review if we had been spoken to differently. Tour itself was nice. I think mood was ruined and crew remained pretty unfriendly. We had kids. They were not engaged at all. One guy dressed as a pirate. Thats the whole pirate experience. Do not recommend!

It was a great experience & educational, the captain of the ship was a funny. He pointed out historical landmarks around the lake & gave a quick story about certain places.

You must try! The Scenic ship ride is fun for the whole family. You'll enjoy sitting back and taking in all the beautiful scenery nature has to offer so be sure to bring your camera, and if you are in the mood for something bold or bubbly drinks are available.
