Flora Zomorodi, PsyD

I had less than one session with her and had to end it early. She is not a good therapist. I came due to stress, anxiety and depression and was given her info from my insurance. She berated me professionally when I said the source of my mental health was a lack of work and financial struggles. Do NOT go to her.

Dr. Zomorodi is a competent, trustworthy, professional, therapist. She has the right academic background, and she has also the human qualities that make a therapist special. She constantly stays informed of the latest advances in psychological research, and truly cares for her patients. Her Persian upbringing and cosmopolitan life experiences give her a valuable understanding of human nature that transcends cultures. She has deep integrity and empathy for those that come to her for help. I recommend her highly.

My 13 year old son has Adhd and was taking meds for a few years. I was tired of all of the side effects so I did some research and found out about Bio Feedback Therapy. To my surprise our insurance payed for it. We found Dr.Zomorodi and my son had regular weekly sessions of Bio Feedback Therapy with her. She is very experienced and patient when working with children. School and staying focused was once an everyday struggle for him. Now he remembers all of his homework assignments,  his whole attitude about his school work has changed, and he is much more confident. There aren't too many options out there for children with Adhd. I think that anyone with a child that has Adhd should look into Bio Feedback Therapy and we would definately recommend Dr. Zomorodi.
