Been meaning to write this review for a a couple weeks now! I’m 4 weeks into my 6-week recovery of breast augmentation & I couldn’t be happier! My friend recommended me to Dr. Sayah & I don’t think I would’ve had the balls to go through with it if it weren’t for Dr. Sayah! He made me feel 1000% comfortable with the entire process & didn’t sugar coat anything or leave me with any surprises along the way. He’s an absolute artist-I look completely natural & feel a zillion times more beautiful & more me!!! I was back to work 8 days after my surgery & the first week was the only difficult part of the recovery but the pain was manageable especially with pain meds!! He kept everything super simple & provided me with exactly what I wanted. It’s also really nice that he genuinely makes sure you know that you’re beautiful & perfect with or without the surgery (while still remaining very professional-despite his attractive looks and charm🙈 ). Dr. Sayah is truly a dedicated, talented artist, humble, genius doctor & authentic kind soul!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of the best plastic surgeon & especially for breast implants!!!

I had a deviated septum and large turbinates' that were causing intense snoring and severe apneas every single night, I can hardly imagine how my wife has taken that for +10 years. After my surgery in the capable hands of Dr. Sayah, I can simply say I don't snore and I don't have apneas. It all went from very bad to excellent. Brilliant procedure, very fast and comfortable recovery (not a pain pill taken!). I can only say don't look further (I had a surgery about 18 months before and did not help at all). I'm leaving this review voluntarily and grateful as I can be now that my wife sleeps comfortably, and I'm at my best as I have no apneas whatsoever anymore!!!

I was referred by a close friend that swore Dr. Sayah would change my life. Over the years I met with so many doctors that kept making me feel unheard and unsure of their recommendations. Once I walked in the office I felt so comfortable. Dr. Sayah addressed all my concerns gave me his recommendations and asked I give it a try first before doing anything else. I trusted him and my gut and let me tell you he was right! If you want someone you can trust and get the results you dreamed of then you don't need to look any further! Thank you to Dr. Sayah and his wonderful team

Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and my life started falling into pieces. I was diagnosed on a Thursday morning in early 2018, was recommended for a lumpectomy, and surgery was scheduled within two weeks. My HMO general surgeon assured me that a lumpectomy was the easiest and fastest way to remove my 1 cm tumor and radiation would automatically follow after surgery for approximately six weeks. But I left his office with my head spinning and with many unanswered questions. I just did not feel comfortable with that decision. That weekend I headed into what I call a crash course of Breast Cancer 101. I researched studies, sought out several breast cancer survivors I knew with whom to speak, purchased books, and reached out to doctors outside of my network. I called Dr. Sayah on a Friday morning and he returned my call that afternoon. I was incredibly relieved to talk to Dr. Sayah and hear his input as he had no stake in my situation. He spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me, encouraging me to consider all of the options before making a decision. He talked about lumpectomies and the pros and cons. He also described the different mastectomies (skin sparing vs. nipple sparing) and how they were performed as well as the pros and cons. He even gave me some history of how treatments have evolved. This was information I appreciated and needed to help me make an informed decision. He empowered me in this short phone conversation to make the best choice for me and for no one else. As a cancer patient, it is so important to know and understand that you are the decision maker (or how Dr. Sayah put it, the quarterback who calls the plays). This changed everything for me – for the best. I decided within that week. The bilateral mastectomy (with expanders) was performed by my HMO surgeons (General and Plastic) a month later. At my follow up visit, the pathology report was shared with me. No lymph nodes were affected – a major relief. But, what was found was a second 0.5 cm tumor that the MRI did not detect – a complete shock. All I could think of is if I had not spoken to Dr. Sayah that Friday afternoon – what would I have been faced with? My world would have spiraled downward because if I had moved forward with the advice of my general surgeon to receive a lumpectomy, I would be back receiving a mastectomy the following year after detecting the second tumor on my next mammogram, not to mention all the radiation and the implications of that. Fast forward to this year. Because of Dr. Sayah’s insight that was displayed to me, I knew that I wanted him to perform my breast reconstruction surgery. He spent an hour in consultation describing the various implant types and shapes. It was both a relief and so incredibly informative as he spent his time with my husband and me to discuss the details of reconstruction surgery. Surgery day was seamless. I went in and came out a few hours later. The healing time lasted two weeks and as a result, he did a remarkable job. I am so thankful because now I am currently cancer free and I have amazing looking breasts. Dr. Sayah helped me piece my life back together again, starting from that 45-minute conversation over a year ago up to now. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Dr. Sayah. He is an expert in his field and beyond. While my case may have been an extreme one since my reconstruction surgery was not an elective breast augmentation, I thought it would be necessary for people to know that Dr. Sayah is the only surgeon with whom I have ever come in contact, who takes his time with patients, truly listens to our concerns, and makes certain that our needs are being met. This means everything when you are a cancer patient. I will forever be grateful.

I waited 3 years to write this review in Dr. Sayah... I had never had any surgery before and as soon as I saw Dr. Sayah's before and after pictures, I knew he had the eyes for breasts beauty that I was looking for. My surgery went great. I was a bit paranoid from the surgery and discussed these fears with the doctor in my follow-up visits. He squeezed my breasts so hard that I screamed so loud, everyone in the clinic may have heard. I was upset that he was insensitive and did that, but I guess it was to show me the implants were very durable and malleable and I should't be scared of it bursting or anything of the sort which was afflicting me. But still, him doing that without warning has upset me all these years, but beyond that, I am 1000% happy with his work. Most people think it's such a natural look and I am happy that Dr. Sayah is confident in his skills to push for the best possible outcome. I recommend him to my closest friends and also considering other tweaks with him in the future.
