My surgery experience at the Breast Reduction Center was nothing short of perfect. After years and years of agonizing over the decision, I'm SO happy I pulled the trigger and had my surgery there. I'm THRILLED with the results and could not have had a more positive experience with Dr Kiwanuka and the entire team. Communication was effortless, I always had my questions answered as soon as they came up, I was checked in on in the most thoughtful ways pre and post surgery, literally nothing to complain about. It's been nothing short of life changing.

When I was ready to start looking for a surgeon to perform life changing chest masculinization surgery, I had two priorities. Results and Empathy. When I found Dr. Blechman and his team at the Top Surgeon Specialists of NYC and LA on Instagram, I was instantly attracted to their dedication not only to their patients, but the entire LGBTQ+ community as a whole. I am a masculine presenting female with no desire to transition, and I felt overwhelming support and validation from day 1. They provided an enormous amount of information throughout the entire process and were always available to answer questions that popped up. I tried not to have any expectations during surgery and post op, and I can honestly say that not only am I THRILLED with my results, but I had little to no pain during recovery. As I was drifting off to sleep in the operating room, I made sure to tell everyone how grateful I was that they were there to take care of me. Dr. Blechman turned to look at me, put his hand on my arm, gently rubbed it with his thumb and said, Thank you for trusting us. He understands the paradigm shifting work he does and in my opinion, you cant put a price on that sort of compassion. Upon waking up in the recovery room, the team at Summit Surgical Center in Beverly Hills took such good care of me until I was able to get up and go home the same day. I dont believe making the decision to get top surgery is easy for anyone, and the medical system can be extremely intimidating and overwhelming. The Top Surgeon Specialists of NYC and LA removed all of that uneasiness from my journey and I was left with an extremely smooth, even enjoyable experience. I cant say enough good things about this team, and Ive recommended them to everyone I know considering any sort of chest surgery on both the West Coast and the East Coast. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a huge part of my journey towards authenticity.

So happy with the results of my Chest Masculinization (top-surgery)! I look and feel amazing. All of the staff were friendly, inviting, and very kind. Keith Blechman was extremely nice and walked me through the whole surgery process with pre-op and post-op visits, there was no guessing and I felt very informed. I was taken care of by lovely nurses and staff who took me seriously and made me feel human. They genuinely cared about my results as much as me. Overall, highly recommend Keith Blechman and his team. Thank you so much for the great work!
