Totally devastated by the care and treatment I received at the hands of dr Frankel! Will not recommend him to anyone who wishes to be treated with dignity and respect. This doctor charges top dollar for his expertise and services, yet he will dupe u and pass you on to his apprentices unbeknown to you, who pay him to be trained by him! I found this out AFTER the surgery!
Throughout I felt totally undermined l, and passed over to his staff when I tried to raise concerns! This man is arrogant and sel- assured because he works at a clinic that has a great reputation - a legacy from the previous doctor which dr Frankel inherited without merit.
This doctor has also a litigation on his record.
Beware.

Anyone looking for a Doctor that actually cares about his clients and not about their $$$ should go get a consultation with Dr Frankel.
He is so honest and will always suggest the right treatment and not the more costly one (unlike other doctors I consulted with).
Throughout the entire time, I felt very safe and comfortable. Dr Frankel was very gentle and super professional.
The results, absolutely AMAZING !!
Highly recommended.

5 stars in all respects! Dr. Frankel did a great job on my neck and bottom face lift: I look younger and better, most wrinkles disappeared; my jaw line and chin are greatly improved.
Dr. Frankel explained everything clearly, went out of his way to alleviate my anxiety, he and everyone among his staff are highly competent and caring.

I am in complete awe of Dr. Frankel's expertise, technique, aesthetic vision, and compassion. The entire process of my complex revision rhinoplasty, from consultation to post-surgery recovery, was exactly as Dr. Frankel described and the ongoing results continue to exceed my expectations. Dr. Frankel and his entire staff were especially nurturing and patient throughout the process, fielding my endless questions and assisting with my travel accommodations. I felt cared for in a meaningful and personalized way. Dr. Frankel gave me a beautiful, natural looking nose that also functions. His work is exceptional and so is he! I actually learned about Dr. Frankel though another plastic surgeon, an eye specialist in Beverly Hills that I was going to after asking about my want for a facial surgery. I read about his credentials online, including his bio and About page, and headed on over for my first consult. I found Dr. Frankel to be very professional and confident in his work. Also, being in the medical field myself, I was able to catch on to what he was saying and everything was spot on. I knew he could give me what I wanted, a natural look, and about 4 weeks ago he did just that with a facelift surgery. The results are beyond what was expected, and the recovery went exactly as he said. Best of all, no scars at all. The doctor's staff was lovely, every single one of them, and I absolutely recommend Dr. Frankel and his team to anyone looking for the same.
