Ive been trying to contact the office for weeks now as I was recommended by a different doctor to come here for a forehead issue. I am very busy and work 8-5:30 everyday and am not able to take buisness calls. Ive emailed multiple times to ask about his schedule and when I can come in for a consultation and his receptionist just emails me back in a snarky tone telling me to call the office, which I have stated multiple times that I cant. I get into work before they open and finish work after they close. You lost a serious customer just because youre receptionist doesnt wanna do her job fully. All I needed was a time schedule and then I would find some time quickly at some point in the day to call in and lock it in with my card over the phone, but thats once the appointment is confirmed I could get in trouble for even trying to make the phone call to confirm so for your receptionist to not want to accommodate and save time by giving me different appt times is incredibly frustrating and therefore will be taking my business elsewhere because having a receptionist with that attitude and can barely help people reflects heavily on the whole office as a whole. I recommend getting an online booking system or a better receptionist.

omg where I can start ,first let tell you something you will be sooo lucky if dr lee fix your face he is the best of the best ,I can't imagine how my life will be without him,i did 4 sur with him my nose my eyebrows bone reduction brow left and hairlin advacment to make it lower and iam so so happy with the results, my face is perfect ,after the suy face didn't sowlen at all just a little bit everyone was surprised for real ,my face look more youthful and feminine,specially with this kind of surgery u have to pick the best surgon for it ,which is dr lee I didn't trust anyone to do my surgery ex him ,thank you so much dr lee you are my hero,hes very kindness,and hes is different than other sergon that u cant even talk to them ,he is a real human with his kindness I just love him and iam so happy that I have the opportunity to do my surgery with him,Iwill come back for more surgery with him soon thats for sure Thanks a lot dr and for all the stuff Thank you Vilma you are such a great person Iam only 2 weeks post op on the pic imagine after 3 months what I will look like
