I bought a Groupon for a simple cut and conditioning service. When I called I left a voice-mail and it took about a week to get a return call. When I tried to set up an appointment she told me she was booked out two months because she only works 2-3 days a week. I told her by the time I get an appointment my Groupon will be expired she said she would still honor it. The day I scheduled an appointment I had a serious emergency and I reached out immediately to inform her and she told me I could come back at a different time. Please also keep in mind I was the last appointment of the day when I had the emergency. She told me she would contact me when someone cancelled. Did she ever contact me back... No of course not! I asked her if she had any appointments available in April and of course she said no. I recently followed up to get rescheduled and she told me she's no longer honoring my Groupon...  what a misleading and fallacious reply! I guess she has never had an emergency in her whole life. I will be contacting Groupon. Buyer beware. She has no appointments available for the Groupon customers!!!!

If you buy it in groupon,she will make excuses that the salon is closed for the covid 19 or  that she can't work on your hair doing simple high lights because is too complicated in a brown hair base or that you need to pay $200 or $300 more for simple high lights and toner,that will take her 5 hours.So ridiculous! I do high lights often  and ever any hair dresser told me something like that.I have a good hair ,brown based not too dyed.If she doesn't like to do groupons, why she is advertising there? A waiste if time!

Excellent hair cut and conditioning. Vivian is a lovely person and I recommend her to anyone who wants good service.

First cut & color post shutdown. I am so happy I found Vivian. She is busy so I had to wait but it was worth the wait! Love my color (partial foil) & the cut & style are wonderful! She listened to what I wanted & did high quality artistry. It was very easy to make an appointment and she was ready to start at that time. Very professional yet still fun! We both wore masks & I didn't feel there was a lot of exposure risk. She gave me clear information on where to park & the new protocol for salon visits. Her salon set up is perfect for the current environment, you are in a small room (single salon chair) that is shut off from other stylists/customers.
