        Since the advent of ride services I rarely take a cab. When I needed them most, my ride service could not find me. Wet cold and exhausted I reached Thunder Express Cab and they got me where I needed to be. They were awesome and reasonable on the price! Thanks Thunder Express!!

        I have called on Thunder Express after my Uber driver canceled on me and left me stranded at the West Oakland Bart station and again after waiting FOREVER for Yellow Cab of Oakland.  In each case, I called Thunder Express and was whisked to my location in a Lincoln Town Car for the same price I would have paid for a taxi.  In the future, I am calling Thunder Express first.
