Don't waste your time coming here; primary test results are unavailable for more than ten days. They don't answer or return calls. When you go in person for an update, they ask if you call. This place is a joke

Awesome reception procedures. Things are neat if youve prepared all the necessities. AC a bit hot, but the atmosphere is nice.

I have recently visited the center for my IRCC medical evaluation. Excellent reception service, wonderful and friendly nursing staff, efficient and knowledgeable doctors evaluation. Above all timely report of my evaluation to the IRCC. Thank you all! I strongly recommend this center!

They don't know what they are doing. It's a total waste of time and money. I scheduled an appointment for Australia visa health examination for my dad. When I called to make an appointment, I repeatedly asked the representative what exactly do I need to bring and prepare. She only mentioned about two passport photos and a valid passport. She also sent me a checklist in email.However, when I got to the appointment, they suddenly said a non family member is required for translation service if my dad cannot understand English. It is not on the list, and the representative did not say anything on the phone. I asked if they can refer to a translator if I could not be the one, they said they cannot. All they can do is to cancel the appointment and absorb the appointment deposit. It is definitely a scam. They made up an absorb requirement that is impossible to achieve when you arrive at the appointment time. It apparently is their strategy to make money for doing nothing. Definitely black list this place.
