Charles and his team just replaced a large bay window assembly at my house -- the old windows had developed dry rot problems from a prior installation by others. This team did a masterful job. They were extremely professional with all the details from waterproofing to trim preferences, very pleasant and easy to work with, and their pricing was transparent and fair. Highly recommended! We hired Charles Montano and his crew at GC Builders to install five large new windows and an entry door to our home. Communication with Charles was always easy, and he responded promptly. Charles understood and respected our taste and aesthetic choices for the project, and he and his crew brought them to reality. During the pandemic, we had to wait a long time to receive the windows from the manufacturer, but Charles and his crew were there the day the windows were delivered and began work immediately. GC Builders did excellent work and clean-up, and we will not hesitate to contact them if we have ant future home building projects.

Charles and his crew were incredible. Very professional, very thorough and responsive to my needs. We replaced all the windows on our stucco house, and the results could not be more beautiful. Charles handled the permitting process well and helped explain to me the choices we needed to make, so that I could understand what the best options were. Charles Montaro and his crew did a fantastic job installing 31 windows in our 3 story Piedmont home. The work was meticulous, thanks to a thoughtful and hard-working team. Charles and his crew replaced a wall of windows for us. While not a surprise, the entire wall had rot, and without delay the team got to work and did a perfect job quickly and expertly. We were VERY concerned about having a crew in our home during a pandemic. Charles listened and responded with a tightly sealed plastic wall, and the crew wore N95 masks all day long. They were nice, considerate, clean, no smoking even in their cars waiting in the morning or during breaks. Oh yeah, the windows are perfect! We would recommend Charles with no reservations.
