All Bay Comfort Heating & Cooling

These guys are great!  We had a tenant call us saying that their heater wasn't working and that they had visitors coming from Tokyo that afternoon.  I called many companies but Gavin was the only one who listened and went out of his way to fit us into his busy day.  When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the situation and got the heater running again.  His price was very reasonable and I recommend him very highly. GB Co. Craftsman is an excellent tradsman, he pays attention to keeping the job on budget and is very knowledgable.  I've hired him to do heating work, and various other carpentry work.  I've always been pleased with his end work result.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire GB Co. again.

Working with Gavin was a pleasure.   All of the work he did for me on my "new" house purchased with a fha 203k which included a renovation loan for fixer-uppers, passed all the inspections from the city and the loan people with Flying Colors.  He pays close attention to detail and seems very knowledgeable, especially about the heating system. Everything was done with thought, experienced skill and care.  I appreciated that he also paid close attention to the budget, being careful not to go over.  I felt we had a mutually respectful relationship.  He listened to my concerns and seemed eager to please.  Toward the end, I began to see him as a kind of magician, someone who is able to make something from nothing, especially about the heating system, as there was really nothing there, it was a small furnace as old as the house, 96 years, and in desperate need of updating.  At the end I had this complex mechanism with shoots and "flutes" (I'm not up on the terminology) running every which way, but in perfect order, in the basement up to the living area that worked perfectly, everything connected meticulously and thoroughly, everything insulated, and wrapped and taped.  It was, in my mind, ingenious and amazing.  The back stairs came out really nice looking.  I can see his excellent craftsmanship in those stairs.  I would definitely rehire G.B. Co Craftman & Design for future jobs.
