I am sure you would like for my review to be fraudulent. However,I just updated my review with supporting pictures. I uploaded a picture of my order specifying to email not call. That just shows your lack to follow directions. Also, I sent out an email stating that it had been 6 hours since I placed my order,and asked if my order had been canceled and once again no one got back to me. Poor customer service is what that is called. Rather than apologizing for your poor custom service. You report my review LOL
