What an absolute gem of a bookstore! Beautiful neighborhood, small but packs a punch as far as the quality of books. They have trimmed the fat which makes it virtually impossible to walk out of there without at least a half a dozen quality books in excellent condition! I found classic poetry, (Whitman) modern poetry (Cohen), music, they even have gift items, cards, packaging, even a cute little onesie that says "Keep calm and read me a book"! The best of the best in every genre! I even got a brand new hardcover of Bram Stokers Dracula for $4.00!!!! Comfortable seats where you can take a stack and browse at your leisure! Prices are very fair and reasonable and they even give you a free and handy tote bag to take your books home with! I have been to all bookstores in Berkeley and this is now my favorite. Best prices, selection, quaint. Love it!
