Cinnaholic

These cinnamon rolls are delicious! When I saw the menu I assumed it was a big pace but it is a small hole in the wall place. You order on a tablet. I got one of the signature cinnamon rolls- Caramel apple pie and I quite enjoyed it. I bought two customized rolls to bring home to my family. A couple warnings- I thought cookie dough topping would be cookie dough bites but it is a big pile of cookie dough on top- no complaints from my 9 year old daughter it was just unexpected. There was also no crme brle frosting option when I created the customized roll even though it was on their online menu. It is unbelievable that it is all vegan! I will be back!

Don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I love this place! Definitely a hidden gem in Downtown Berkeley. Great baked treats, warm delicious drinks and great staff!

Once you learn of this place your life will change its so freaking good and it will take a long time to decide what you want. We loved apple pie a la mode roll and go 1-2 times a week.

Came to get some vegan goodies and use the bathroom! Bathroom was blocked off, no cash, digital orders, oh and masks required. They'll succeed because they're vegan but I personally won't be supporting a place going along with the corruption.

I recently visited Cinnaholic Bakery and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude, with the employee singling me out for not wearing a mask, even though there were multiple people in the store without masks. The staff member's attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, and he walked away from the situation without resolving it, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.The quality of the order was also a major issue. I ordered a dozen Cinnabons and was shocked to see that they did not look appealing at all. I had expected high quality and value for the premium prices I paid, but that was not the case. The Cinnabons were not up to the standard I had expected and were not worth the money I spent.Overall, my experience at Cinnaholic Bakery was horrible. The unacceptable behavior from the staff, combined with the subpar quality of the product, left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope that Cinnaholic Bakery takes steps to improve their customer service and product quality, and trains their staff to remain professional and polite even under pressure. The store policies should be clearly communicated to customers to avoid any misunderstandings, and any outstanding issues, such as my request for a refund, should be resolved directly with me in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
