Great experience at Sanchez Medical Center. The receptionist are good. Work with them, you might be out on hold, just wait. The receptionist multitask. Have patienceNP Diaz sees me in this clinic. I am very happy with her. She is very proactive. even the receptionist and medical professional LVNs/ Medical Assistant are good and care for the patients well being.

I am a new patient so I called to make an appt. My first call was excellent and did not catch the womans name who took my call at the South Gate office. She mentioned to call back due to the Bellflower office being at lunch. I called back and the lady named Yolanda answered who already sounded like she was having a bad day, I mentioned I was a new patient and that I had called earlier to book an appt and was not able to due to the above. She gave me a smart answer and instead of being helpful she gave me smart responses like "so did you book your appt, did you need anything from me......and when I told her I was not able to she just said "call back later" very unprofessional especially since I work in the medical field and would never train my staff to take calls in this manner.

The receptionist is very rude, poor customer service, I can't understand why if this is a medical center they don't teach the front desk to be kind
