Both my pregnancy, Magnificat has helped me a lot. Even while waiting for my insurance to process, they accepted me as a patient. The staff are very sweet and helpful. Thank you, Magnificat!

I came here in good spirits grateful to find good staff and an office near my home , first visits were okay . Nice  staff , never full and absolutely no wait time . Then I had labs done and results returned 3 days after with diagnosis. Not once was I called to go over results knowing that I called to follow up on the status of my labs . Was told "something came back (not normal) but that I need to speak to provider ". One month passed and I decided to create a portal with my designated lab . That's how I found out of my report.... Not from provider . After calling the office and asked to speak to the provider regarding my results . Obviously worried and pregnant and not knowing why I was never called . When it's serious ..... provider not once picked up and tried to consult me  , I asked to come in after the patients were done with appointments Bcus of the serious matter . And was denied until appt. Mind you I have not seen or heard from my provider for a month ... this place does not care for patients . And their concerns . Just want to get you in and take vitals and bill for a doctor visit . Coming from a medical setting . I have never seen a provider not call a patient with lab results that are indicating something is not okay . So I was sickened that no one reached out & would not speak to me after being on hold and waiting for some type of council . I had to ask my employers for guidance thank god for real providers who care about patients especially those who are pregnant . ..... if you are really concerned about someone who cares for your well being ,  do not come here .... Provider  will not care about you ...

Small clinic but as they say, the best things in life come in small packages. Staff are very friendly and follow procedures. Checking in and checking was easy. Smooth and well experience for me and the mother of my soon to be born child.

I wish I can give zero stars. I went to this clinic 9 years ago for one visit and it was not a bad experience. I came back to this clinic because I found out I was pregnant with my second child and thought I gave it a try again. Worse I idea ever! I did not get to see the doctor they only did blood work, NO ultrasound. While one of the nurses was doing my paperwork asking me questions she makes a comment saying I shouldn't tell my son I am pregnant because I am just a few weeks pregnant and things can happen. She was very unprofessional and honestly couldn't sleep for days and till this day her words still hunt me. I am very stressed about her comment because it's not something a mother wants to hear. And not just that I called days later to see if they had my results in so I can change doctors and the receptionist transfers me to the doctor and tells me with a really bad attitude that if I am calling for my results because that is why they gave me an appointment to go over them. Seriously who wants a doctor like that! A patient has the right to call to know about their health and about their baby regardless of the appointment and may I add that they had scheduled it in a month. I wanted to change doctors ASAP I wanted a proper visit with a doctor and thank God I did and now I am with a better doctor that likes to work with people and professional staff. PS. I give 5 stars to the receptionist, she was a sweet heart to bad the other nurse and doctor can learn any social skills from her.
