They were extremely professional and did an outstanding job. Once they were done my carpet and couches looked brand new! Their technology did not leave anything wet or with a residue. Everything dries really fast. I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Long Beach.

The service at Chem-Dry was excellent. Even though it was pouring raining, Chem-Dry showed up on time and got right to work. My carpet, couches, and area rug look brand new. I was very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail from Josh the owner. He responded to my inquiry immediately. He gave me a quote and communicated with me throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was on time and very professional. Josh is knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process and based on how my carpets looked, he let me know the cleaning process he was going to use. My carpets look amazing for being 15 years old.
