        I went for an upgrade to replace a stolen device. After paying for the iPhone 11, I specifically told Carlos to update the SIM card. He told me everything activates as soon as the payment goes through. I told him that doesnt make sense. I get home, my nephew tries to use the device and it doesn't work due to the sim card not being active

        Walked in today wanting to upgrade one line and ended up getting 2. The service I received from Alex was outstanding and speaking to Carlos made everything feel great Although we did have a bad experience over the phone with Joji due to an ID I left behind, they were able to turn my experience around and I will be making this store my home store as long as they are here
