They have really poor quality vases. The last set that I bought had glass so thin and lightweight, I feared it was plastic. However, I dropped one of them on a hardwood floor, and it shattered into several pieces. A plastic vase would've just bounced. They're also guilty of false advertising because none of the 24" vases are 5 inches wide as described on their website. They're only 4.75" wide, which is extremely upsetting. I hand paint them and sell them on Etsy and 2 other sites. One lady bought four 24" vases. I already painted 3 of them that are 5" wide that I bought from another wholesaler. I can't send my customer 3 vases that are 5" wide and one that isn't, so her order is late in shipping while I wait for another set of vases to arrive from a vendor on Amazon all because of CYS's lies! However, I gave CYS 2 stars because they were very accommodating when I returned another set of vases that were not the same thickness all around. One side was 1/4" thick and the other was 3/8", and I was afraid they would break if you put water in them. They sent me a return label a couple of hours after I emailed them, and they refunded my money a few days after I returned them. If I weren't so desperate for 24" vases I'd return the ones that are only 4.75" wide. I'll just have to change my ads to reflect the actual size, more of my time spent because of their false advertising, time I could've spent painting more vases.

An excellent place to walk-in for pick-ups or browsing the showroom. They have nice wholesale prices accessible to everyone: wholesaler or one-time buyer. Got my wedding vases here.

I like their merchandise, but they have made it really challenging when I have ordered something, and it arrives broken. This has happened twice. I ordered a large glass dome on two separate orders. Both times, the dome showed up broken...once with a crack, and once shattered. They gave me a hard time about replacing them domes. It's like they don't have a procedure at all for claims. This seems unreasonable to me, because they sell mostly stuff that is made of glass...it has to show up broken at least some of the time! Anyway, the domes were nice once I finally received replacements...but they need to have better systems in place for customers.
