HORRIBLE SERVICE. If youre planning on coming here, DONT. They leave you waiting for a while even tho you have an appointment. The receptionist lady for the adult section is hella rude and unprofessional. Horrible woman asian doctor is rude, fatphobic, and racist.

Waited in the waiting room for an hour because we were a walk in instead of appointment. its dirty. People leave their trash on the floor. It says no drinks or food behind the door but they still take it in. Appointments get called on time. Theres no gloves in the room. Cabinets are all cricked. They asked a lot of questions about the birth of my daughter and if there were any problems nursing and how old I and the father are and if he lives at home. Unnecessary! They dont have name badges either. Doc Haydee Castaneda was a bit rude asked if they complained about her coughing at school! Thats not important at all! Got called into the room at 3:15 and waited another 25 minutes I will never go back! Totally unprofessional!

Does not accept all Medi-Cal, only certain kinds of Medi-cal. Does not accept new patients unless you go elsewhere for a Covid test and X-Rays first. Seriously! Not a full service medical clinic. I never heard of a doctor's office that cant do X-Rays! Or Covid tests! I really wish they had explained all this on the phone! How hard is that to do? Do NOT go here if you are in pain of any kind, or are sick or experiencing symptoms of any kind. You will be referred elsewhere. If you need a physical or something simple like that i guess you could try going here. But if you need to see a doctor for an injury, illness, or symptoms of any kind, please dont risk your life or health by trying this place. Find a REAL medical clinic that can treat you and not turn you away for ridiculous reasons. El Proyecto De Barrio gets some bad reviews too, but they at least will see you.
