        Do not recommend ordering from this florist. Paid extra to have flowers delivered before noon to a business. Around 5pm I started receiving calls/texts that they delivered the flowers to the front desk but the business was closed. Once I stated the business was closed so who did you deliver the flowers to? The delivery person said oh, the business is closed so can I deliver to your address? This became more of a hassle and I would NOT recommend ordering from this florist. Very unprofessional.

        Never been to their shop, but ordered via their website. Awesome service and selection. The bouquet was exactly what I ordered...and delivered very quickly to the recipient. The flowers were freshly made and not withered upon delivery. The vehicle has special holders to keep the bouquets intact and upright in water. I had to exchange some information with them (how to add a tip for the driver), so I was very pleased they sent photos before and after the delivery. Great service all around. Recommend fully.

        I received a get well arraignment yesterday and it was so beautiful. Full of color and joy! Made me feel better for sure! The delivery guy was very sweet too. I will use LALAs next time I send flowers.

        I received 2 vases from Chewy when 2 of my senior pets passed. One in November 2021 and the second in March 2022. Both were very simple but absolutely beautiful! Yes, they lasted awhile about 2-3 weeks. I just pulled out the ones that were done and changed the water (ice water) daily. Thank you La La Florist for a job well done at a very crucial time!

      Hello! We worked very hard to complete the bouquets. Unfortunately, when I delivered the bouquet to this educational institution, it was closed. So I contacted you to ask if you could send flowers to her residence. I have informed the florist to arrange a refund.
