        I came in to upgrade my phone and my mom's phone and Ruby was so sweet and patient! She answered all of my questions, helped us transfer everything between our phones, and set everything up. It was a busy morning and we didn't feel rushed at all. Amazing customer service and just an overall kind person. She deserves a raise! :)
