BZD Showers and Glass

We experienced our sliding glass shower doors coming off track and were unable to replace in working order. I googled the problem issue and noted BZD Shower and Glass, in Bakersfield. They received “all” (14) five star reviews, which was very important to us. On contacting BZD, I spoke by phone with Esmarelda, who was very pleasant and helpful! An appointment was made for an installer to examine the problem. No pressure was given when service fee was discussed. That gave me a relaxed attitude. I was texted 15 minutes before the installer would be dispatched to our residence. I was greeted by Ricardo, who quickly noted the problem and quickly repaired the metal track system with a power wrench. He was courteous and took a very reasonable fee (under $50). I got an estimate for shower door replacement from BZD. . It was a great price. Maria was absolutely wonderful helping me. She texted me pictures of showers similar to mine. Maria was able to get me scheduled for removal of the old shower door, and the new ones installed the same day. I will probably change out my other shower doors in the near future. Amazing company, they installed a shower enclosure for me, great communication and did exactly what I needed.
