I went in about a week ago to get my air checked, I dropped it off at one and they called to let us know they were running behind a bit. Well 5 more hours goes by and they haven't called to say what's wrong with my AC, turns out the air condition guy had left about 4 hours ago and they had been "trying to get ahold of us". So we rescheduled for this morning at 9 am the guy told me I was next in line to get checked out, well five hours has gone by without any word again so we call and the machine is broke. Super inconvenient and just horrible service. I do not reccomend and I will not be back. Oh and also they left my car unlocked after they checked mileage and vin number!

Sears has lost my business, never going back. Went in to their shop Tuesday, 23 Feb at 5:30 PM to purchase a new battery for my car. After waiting ten minutes to speak to someone, I was told that "it wasn't going to happen today!" Seriously? They could not take five minutes to sell me a battery? Great business model Sears has going. Fortunately, America is a free market system and there is plenty of competition to Sears, they have my business and money now... Not Sears!
