        Nothing but issues with Verizon cell service. Emilio took forever to transfer service from AT & T. First, it took forever to transfer, and then my wife's new iPhone would not work correctly and would not receive calls. Next, our old service was never canceled. I guess I needed to cancel it, but I was told they'd cancel when ported over, never happened. Then we were promised the special of an iPhone, apple watch and iPad but when we returned to exchange our old phones, we were informed that the special did not apply to us, felt like a bait n switch. We returned to the store multiple times, trying to correct our account without much assistance. On each occasion, the rep had to make multiple and repeated calls to their supervisor. I do not think it was worth my time or effort to change providers. My wife's phone does not work correctly, thus resulting in our business not receiving calls from customers. Plus, on the weekends, you get an automated service when trying to speak with a real person regarding phone issues. This mess just keeps getting worse. I am so flustered and sorry we ever changed service. I plan on returning to my prior provider. I'm OVER Verizon's incompetence.
