I went to Darren in April of this year to get advice and help with past year taxes. He assured me he would be able to get our taxes filed. He had me sign a power of attorney so he could contact IRS on our behalf. After a few weeks, he contacted us to come back in and sign another power of attorney to include more years. We went right in and signed. We heard nothing!!! I contacted him by email and he said he would get someone on it the next week. I heard nothing for weeks!!! I contacted him again and he said he was on vacation but would get back to me the following week. I heard nothing!! I still haven’t heard from him!! I chose Darren because of his reviews and was so shocked to be ignored and treated so unprofessionally!! Seven months and still no response!!
