        Just tried exchanging a shirt I was gifted with tags still on it and in perfect shape. The lady asked if I had the receipt but I don't, it was a present. She told me her store policy is that she can't exchange without receipt even though it's unwashed, still folded and with perfect tags from Mainland attached. She agreed the shirt was from there and asked if I knew the credit card it was purchased by. It may have been purchased by X-wife or cash by one of my sons... let's just say I won't be reaching out to X so I left the shirt with the lady anyway.... Customer Service FAIL!What do people do when they know they are wrong? Hide in shame as shown

        Came in a few days ago and was helped by Janet or Jenna, can't remember the name exactly. Friendly and very pleasant. I wish the mall location had such employees. I recommend the marketplace location.
