        Rick was fantastic!! First and foremost, he answered the phone!!!! While camping we had plumbing issues. He was friendly and knowledgeable about my problem. After texting a few pictures, he said he had all the parts and would be at our campsite within the hour!! We are so happy with his service and will definitely keep his number for next time. Thanks Rick!! You rock!!
