We received several quotes from other locations regarding the repair of our iPad screen but E Gadget's was by far the most affordable and came with excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable, responsive and delivered a top quality product in a week which included the shipping time for parts. Highly recommend using this local shop for all your electronic needs!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I made the mistake of going here about a couple months ago and I just want to share this with anyone to save you some money. The reviews about them taking your money are right!! Stay away from these guys. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to take my Apple Watch for repair with them. Only the glass needed repair, everything else worked fine, digitizer, haptic touch, etc. I wasn’t worried because it was a minor crack on the screen. So I went in and they quoted me a hefty $80 for the repair and ordered the screen part in front of me. A few days later I get a call from them that stating that they opened the device and a wire had been cut and the watch couldn’t be repairable. Which was weird because the watch worked perfectly fine except for a crack on the glass.....?... so I went to YouTube and looked up the problem with my watch and sure enough, in one video there’s a warning about opening the Apple Watch the wrong way because you might damage a wire.....ummm...it was just a crack on my screen, I don’t even have the tools required to open an Apple Watch so I strongly believe the mistake was on their part but that’s not where it ends. I told them over the phone that I would be picking up the watch from them and asked for a refund since the watch was working when I gave it to them and they said ok. I go to pick up my watch, it was in 3 pieces. It was in once piece when I turned it in. They didn’t even bother to put it back together. I was LIVID, didn’t want to make a scene so I simply asked to be refunded back to my card and they agreed. 1 month later, no refund, I called and asked them about it and they assured me this time the refund would be there. 2 months later, no refund so I decide to go in. I talked to the manager and explained the situation, this manager was the same person I dealt with the entire time (from the first time I took my watch in until I went in to pick up my watch). He knew pretty much who I was and the situation. After some excuse about not being to able to refund my card he asked if he could give me cash, so I agreed. He only was giving me $20! Instead of $80. I explained to him my watch was working before I brought it and now it wasn’t, and after 2 months of them not giving me my refund they only want to give me $20?? Now this is how I know they are liars, as you can clearly see on the receipt they gave me, the labor is only $50. They didn’t even do labor, they just broke my watch. After a back and forth with the unprofessional “managerâ€, which was another lie because he kept going to the back room to ask someone else something, they only refunded me $40. DO NOT GO HERE! I only left with $40 so I would never deal with them again. They probably need them more than I do. So in the end, they charged me $40 to break my watch when I only took it in for a small nick on the glass
