I had an amazing experience with Ballon Bar Downtown. They have outstanding skills, and can provide you with anything that you desire. I showed them what I was looking for and they made the most beautiful decorations for our special occasion. Beside all, their customer service is professional, attentive, and patient. They have many forms of providing service and are accomidating, definitely recommend them 👍

Rude business the owner and workers are just simply rude idk how they run a business repot to better business bureau her worker was just shouting at client so unprofessional

Rude unprofessional wouldn't reccomen STICK TO PARTY CITY I made a balloon purchase 1 week ahead she took the baloons from another order to sell to me then I want to cancel two days later and she tells me no I cannot have my money back my party isn't till two weeks and I cancelled my party so I dont want the balloons and now I have pay for something I'm not gonna use were not talking about 20 30 dollars I spent almost 200 and I ask to speak to whom is in charge and they tell me I cannot speak to her because she isn't in I asked when will she be in so I can speak to her personally and they tell me she doesn't go in I said how is she running a business if she's never in have her give me a call then they said that cannot happen either BECAUSE SHE SAID WE CANT SPEAK TO HER really stupid exchange N return policy badbusiness women would not reccomend stick to PARTY CITY better selection and service BAD BUSINESS nothing party city doesn't have already for better price and customer service and ofcourse the owner is gonna respond because it isn't convenient for her they did not give store credit because when u went in their to return my stuff the cashier was being rude to me saying and claiming to me i left a bad review they were upset and complaining to me all i said was i dont care i came in for my receipt not for her to be telling or asking me for an explanation when I couldn't get one on why the owner herself could not call me yes you have a policy of balloon being ordered I didint orderd I purchased balloon already at the store never did I ordered so they said they were going to give me store credit when I got their she didint give to me not offered and yes she's gonna deny it like she also denied speaking to me in person and over the phone
