This agency was a total scam.  I was working with Tele Jimenez way back at the beginning of last year to get my divorce started.  I got nothing from Tele in the way of completed paperwork.  I had to go to another agency.  I have been trying to get the $463.50 dollars I paid them back since then.  Now their Bakersfield office is closed.  The manager Adriana Cortez told me I was going to get a full refund but I never received anything.  Their email is now no longer working and Adriana's cell phone just gives a busy signal.  I was told they had an office in Fresno so I am going to see what I can do to find out about that.

Do not use! They Have not responded to calls, emails or txt. I will have to now find an attorney to finish the work they failed to do

I had an appointment to discuss my case.  I kept getting text messages that the person was busy and would get back to me later.  I kept asking when we could talk and received messages that it would be later.  Finally, I received a  text that we could reschedule.  I asked for a date and there was no response.   I had to wait most of the day due to the messages that I would be able to talk to the person later.  A waste of time and the service was unprofessional.

Tele Jimenez has been extremely helpful, easy to work with, and will definitely look to work with him again if needed in the future.

I had a phone appointment scheduled to discuss a living will with Tele. No one called. I was even sent a reminder I called after 2 hours to see what was up and someone took down my info. I called again in two days and talked to someone who took down my info again and never heard back. I found another business.
